In CAFAM all items to be controlled against Aircraft or Components are entered as a 'Call-up'. These could be Airworthiness Directives (AD's), Service Bulletins (SB's), Maintenance Schedule or Program Items etc., anything that is a maintenance task as applicable to the aircraft.
