Mark Up Matrix - incremental or fixed ?

The Percentage "%" Mark-up process in CAFAM is set in a Matrix where the calculations are carried out on an incremental basis (i.e. each band is affected by the previous), or on a fixed linear basis (i.e. the previous band has no effect on the calcualtion).
