How Do I Update the Aircraft Flight times

The process of updating the Aircraft times is done in one of two ways:
(a) From TECH SERVCS (Acft Recs) > AIRCRAFT FILE > UPDATE HOURS. Here you manually enter the new figures. CAFAM calculates the difference and when you finish and click [OK} the program updates all the files for the new times and times remaining to the next event
(b) From the FLIGHT TIMES > UPDATE AIRCRAFT FILE. Here the Program assumes you have been entering the Flight times on a daily basis from ENTER FLIGHT TIMES and update these times entered on a global basis for all the aircraft. These screen shots show you where this sub-menu is to make this happen
