The Labour Charge-out rate is initially set as a default for your Company from UTILITIES > SETTINGS & PARAMETERS. During the initial set-up, you may want to apply these rates globally to all Customers and Job Number. This saves you the process of doing this one at a time for each Customer and/or Job Number. These notes illustrate how you set the labour Charge-out rate globally to all of them all at once with the appropriate selection, e.g. "Populate Customer & Job No that have Zero values with default rates" will automatically apply the new rate to all customers and jobs which are zero in value
