Setting the Charge-out Labour Rates per Customer

The Labour Charge-out rate is initially set as a default for your Company from UTILITIES > SETTINGS & PARAMETERS. Then each Customer is assigned their Labour Rate using these default settings as the basis. You can modify this rate to suit per Customer e.g. there may be some contractual arrangement that dictates a different rate to the default. These notes illustrate how you set the labour Charge-out rate per Customer
