Changing a Part Number type - Rotable/Consumable

There are occasions where you find that a Part Number type that you have created should have been the "other one". You might have created a Consumable item and then discovered that then the item is being received, it is actually a Rotable i.e. it has a Serial Number....or vice versa - started as a Rotable and find that it really should have been a Consumable. Certain limitations exist for this change-over and they are listed when you try to make the change. These notes set out how to make the change.
